Registration fees

Registration fees are paid by the semester and include:

 $20 for an individual student or $30 for any number of students in a single family (non-refundable)
  plus a $55 class credit ( refundable until January 18, 2019)

 
The registration fee is not refundable, the class credit is refundable  up to the January 18th deadline.
If classes are dropped after January 18th, no refund will be issued. 


The $55 class credit will be subtracted from your total class fees due on the first day of classes (February 1st).


**Registration fees/class credit must be received by January 11, 2019 to reserve your child(ren)'s class spaces.**

You may pay fees by sending a check made out to "Archway Classes" to Archway Classes c/o Allison Fulmer 4043 White Level Rd., Mebane, NC 27302 or use the  PayPal option​ at the bottom of this page.


The PayPal option is only available for registration/class credit fees and monthly class payments (5% service charge added to monthly payments).  All monthly payments must be made via the PayPal link which will be sent to you if approved by the board of directors.

Full class payments will need to be paid by check or exact change on the first day of class, February 1, 2019.

Our pricing structure is not based on individual classes, but on the total number of classes a family is signed up for, per semester .

Some classes may have additional supply fees, to be paid directly to the instructor Please see class descriptions for details.  Supply fees should be given to the teachers on the first day of class.



Making Payments

Registration fees and class credit  are due no later than January 11 , 2019 , to ensure your child's place in a class has been reserved.  Students whose registration fee and class credit have not been received by the date above will be removed from the class roster(s) and their space may be given to a student on the wait list.  

Full payment for classes is due no later than February 1 , 2019 .  Mail a check for class fees to the address below or pay with check or exact change on the first day of class.


Monthly Installment Plans

Monthly installment plans are available (a convenience fee of 5% will be added for this service); please e-mail archwayangels@gmail.com for information.

You may not make monthly payments unless you have made arrangements with the Archway Board of Directors and indicated monthly payments on the registration form.

Two methods of payment are available once approved.

The preferred method is to use the PayPal link sent to you by the Archway Treasurer.

Checks are also accepted and must be received before the first week of the month and should be made payable to Archway Classes and mailed to:

You will receive an e-mail receipt several weeks after registation to confirm your classes and payments. 



Failure to Pay

Full payment for classes is due no later than February 1, 2019. Your child will be removed from the class rolls and his spot may be given to someone on the waiting list if payment is not received by this date.

For those making monthly payments, the pro-rated amount is due on the first Friday of each month. A $15 late fee may be assessed for any payments received after these dates. If payment is not made by the second week of the month, your child will be removed from the class rolls and his/her spot may be given to a student on the wait list.



Financial Hardships

We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances arise and you may have trouble making your scheduled payments.  If this occurs, please talk to or email the Administrative Director or Treasurer to work out a plan.


Refunds

Registration fees are non-refundable.


Class Credit ($55) is to be paid at the same time as the registration fee and is not refundable if classes are dropped after the deadline (January 18th).  

Class fees are paid by the semester and are not refundable after the first week of class. 

Archway Classes plans its financial obligations by the semester, and these obligations must be met even if you are unable to continue coming to class. If the minimum number of students does not enroll for a class and Archway must cancel it before the semester begins, you may either receive a full refund for the class fees (and registration fees, if your family is not registered for any other classes), or enroll in any other class, which has space available.   If a teacher must cancel a class once the semester has started, you may either request a refund for the remaining portion of semester fees or transfer to another class if space is available.
